We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.
  • Items can be returned in store or via mail.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging and include all product accessories and documentation.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Sorry, returns are not available on the following products: custom made products including, but not limited to, made to order chase covers and glass doors, gift cards, gift certificates, and store credits.
  • Fireside Concepts reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return or exchange of merchandise at any time and for any reason.


  • Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 10 days of delivery by calling 405.547.3473, otherwise a return or exchange may not be granted.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • Cash and cash equivalent purchases exceeding $1,000, may be refunded as mail check. Checks are mailed from the Fireside Concepts store location.
  • You will receive the credit within 7-10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • All single purchase returns and cancellations over $500.00 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
